Compliment, take it. My mother would be disappointed in me if I didn’t say thank U to a compliment. It is a gift. And yes-if you know what is being complimented is a gift from God —wonderful! Thank Him and the person giving it. Please don’t belittle the person giving the compliment by saying something to the sense of “He needs to increase and I need to decrease.” Yes that is the truth. We all need to do that, but u r receiving a compliment. Technically you are cooperating with Him, you could say no to Him, but u didn’t. So say something like “thank u, and thank U Jesus for this gift.” Yea that was not to quick. Especially since I had a call in the middle of it! Thank u two for doing these! I appreciate u!!
